Flat rate shipping of $12.95 for all orders under $200.00
FREE SHIPPING on Australian orders when you spend over $150.00
All orders are sent via Australia Post and will be packaged and shipped within 1 - 2 business days of your order being placed.
Once your order has been shipped we will provide you with a tracking number, so you can keep up to date with where your order is.
Please provide shipping information to a street address rather than a PO Box as our courier service does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Please contact us at your earliest convenience if you need to make changes to your order or shipping information, as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
Delivery is generally 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch for all metropolitan areas and 2-5 business days for outer suburbs. Deliveries to WA take 5-7 business days.
We will redeliver, replace or refund a parcel that is incorrectly addressed by us, but do not take responsibility for delivery addresses that are incorrectly provided or insufficient.
We're sure that you will love your Scouted design purchase but if for any reason you don’t please see below for our returns policy.
All unused products may be returned for a full refund providing ALL of the following conditions are met:
1. Returned Product is received by Scouted Design within 7 days from original ship date.
2. Products have been unused, unwashed, and are returned in original packaging in original condition.
3. Products shipped to customers outside of the AU are not able to be returned.
4 Sale items are non-refundable.
If all of the above conditions are met please use the following instructions when returning/ exchanging product:
1. Contact email@example.com to request return/ exchange, explaining reason for return and order number. We may request that you send images.
2. Once return has been authorised the product should be packaged in original packaging and returned to Scouted Design (95 Henderson Road, Burpengary QLD 4505) withing 14 days of authorisation. Packages received after this period will not be accepted. We suggest using a tracked service as we are not responsible for any goods lost in transit. Exchange items will be processed as a return and a new sale and will incur shipping fees.
Once we receive returned goods and they prove to be in original condition with packaging and documentation we would be happy to process the refund/ exchange and will confirm this with an email.
Please note that Scouted Design is not responsible for shipping costs for returned or exchanged items, these are at the customer’s expense unless a product has a fault. We reccomend all returns be sent via tracked postage as we are not responsible for items lost or undelivered.
